We offer FREE standard 2nd class delivery within the UK.
Rest of the World : £4.75
For delivery to Europe we charge a fee of £3.75 for the rest of the world it's of £4.75.
If you are ordering heavy items, such as dog bowls, sacks, the cost increases to £8.50 for Rest of World
Your order may be subject to customs charges which would be charged by your local authority, we have no control over customs charges.
We regret that some of our heavier items cannot be shipped outside of the UK due to the high delivery costs. If you would like us to get a quote for shipping a heavy item to your location outside of the UK please contact us.
All UK orders are dispatched using 2nd class delivery, this will take approx 3 working days to arrive from when the item is dispatched. Dispatch times are quoted on each individual item.
We offer a delivery upgrade to 1st class delivery for £1.50, 1st class delivery will take approx 1-2 working days to arrive from dispatch.
In the unlikely event that your item doesn't arrive, Royal Mail ask that you allow 15 working days for delivery. If, after this time, your item still hasn't arrived then please let us know and we will dispatch an identical replacement for you immediately.
All international items are sent via Royal Mail's Airmail service. Depending on where you are in the
world delivery times may vary. We aim to dispatch your items within 1-2 working days.
Royal Mail aim to deliver items to Europe in 3-5 working days and the rest of the world in 5-7 working days. In the unlikely event that your item doesn't arrive, Royal mail ask that you allow 20 working days for items being posted to Europe and 25 working days for items posted to the Rest of the World before declaring an item is lost. If after this time your item still hasn't arrive then please let us know and we will dispatch an identical item for you straight away.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority, please contact us if their is a problem once your order has been received. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty we will either replace the item or issue you with a refund. We must be notified of a faulty or incorrect item within 14 days. If we are issuing you a refund for a faulty item you will recieve a full refund.
If for some reason you change your mind about your purchase you are free to return it within 14 days in perfect condition, once we have received your item we will issue you with a full refund. It is your responsibility to ensure the item reaches us in a re-salable condition, please package the item well and send via a recorded service. The return postage is your responsibility.

Before you return an item please contact us at email@example.com to obtain a returns reference number. Any item returned without this number will not be eligable for a refund.
Please include this number in your parcel when you return the item, please package items carefully, if the product becomes damaged during the returns process then we will be unable to issue you with a refund.
