We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • We use this information to process your orders.
  • Your information is kept on our order processing platform Bigcommerce, your information is not printed or kept in anyway other than for the processing of your order, of which the copy is sent to you with your order.
  • Your information is retained on Bigcommerce for the purposes of dealing with any enquiries you may have regarding your order, if you choose to sign up for an account on our website your information will be stored their for your convenience.
  • If you place an order of the phone the information required for processing the order will be kept on the system.
  • We do not hold nor have access to any of your credit card information.

Mailing Lists

When collecting your data for the purposes of marketing we use the 'consent' method, this means you must expressly give your consent in order to receive our marketing material by ticking a box.
You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

  • Our mailing list is handled by mailchimp, we will only send you these emails if you have signed up for our newsletter or ticked the box during the Paypal checkout process giving us permission to do so. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list by following the link at the bottom of any marketing email you receive.  You can also email us at and request to be removed.
  • whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes
