Frequently Asked Questions

What type of payment do you accept?
Payment is via Paypal or Credit Card via Stripe: simply click the add to basket button next to the products and follow the on screen instructions. You don't have to have a PayPal account, there is the option to enter your card details for a one off payment. We have no access to your card details as the payment is handled securely through paypal.

I want to send my order as a Gift, how do I do that?
There is the option to add giftwrap with every product, once you select that it will bring up a box for you to type a personal message. All items are gift wrapped in white tissue with rainbow ribbon apart from the hair accessories and temporary tattoos.

Can I include a message if it is a gift?
We would be happy to include a personal message, as mentioned in the previous question you can enter your message in the box that appears when you select gift wrapping. Your message will be printed onto card with our sun logo and included with your gift.

Will I receive a confirmation email for my order?
You will receive an email confirmation, confirming your order. This will contain your order number, please quote this on all correspondance with us.

Can I track the status of my order?
We will send you notifications once your order has been dispatched via email but if you have created an account with us you can log in and check the status of your orders at any time.

How quickly do you process orders?
We aim to process orders within 1-2 working days: this does not include public holidays. The exception to this will be products that specify a dispatch time. Items like the handmade brooches and hairclips sometimes need to be made to order so have a longer dispatch time.
